BDM Digital (Bônus Dourado Mercantil Digital) is a Utility Token used mainly as a means of payment. It is the digital asset of the Dakila Ecosystem, backed by a group of companies from various sectors. Its rate appreciates over time, increasing purchasing power through the token's own usage, more inflow than outflow, and the appreciation of the ecosystem's companies.
It is not a cryptocurrency but digital money that appreciates and provides purchasing power.
Download the app from the Play Store (Android) or, for other platforms, from bdmercantil.com.br/baixe-o-app. With the app installed, tap CREATE ACCOUNT and follow the instructions. Tutorials are available on YouTube.
The minimum purchase is R$ 10. You can buy fractional amounts, since we work with 2 decimal places — purchases start at 0.01 BDM Digital.
It works normally, both for consumers and partner merchants. You just need open wallets and registered partners. If the merchant wants to cash out, they will need to exchange to the local currency.
You need to: 1) have an account in the BDM Digital app; 2) register as a partner at cadastro.bdmercantil.com.br; 3) after validation, download the BDM POS app on an NFC-enabled Android; 4) sign in with the same email and password as the BDM Digital app and top up BDM Pay cards.
The only difference is that the machine prints the receipt; on the phone, the receipt can be sent directly to the customer's email. The features are the same.
Yes, a charge of 1 BDM Digital per month. If you make at least R$ 300 in BDM Pay card top-ups, you are exempt from this charge.
Yes, through the exchange within the ecosystem. For partner merchants who wish to cash out, the exchange to the local currency is performed.

BDM Digital is not a financial institution. When a merchant receives BDM Digital as a means of payment, they can record these amounts as they would with paper money, for tax purposes.
Try: clearing the app data and cache; using "Forgot password" and resetting it; checking that the phone's time zone is set to automatic; reinstalling the app; or signing in on another device. If you don't receive it by SMS, request the code by email and check your SPAM folder.
